Soap Made Live on Periscope

This is a super fast sped up version of some of a broadcast from Periscope. Periscope is a live streaming broadcasting app that allows people to connect from all over the world. If you are on Periscope or twitter be sure to follow me the founder of Live Soap School @ZakiaRinggold and you may catch me live…making soap. I love interacting with people on the platform as you get to meet people from all over the world with the click of a button. I also get a chance to learn new things almost instantly and get exposed to things I had not previously considered!

Hot Process Soap

On occasion I try to make hot process soap live but the time involved with the standard method of making hot process soap doesn’t lend itself very well to live broadcast. I have done a few broadcast making hot process soap on Facebook  but forget about going Live with this process on Instagram. I have realized that Instagram actually imposes a 60 minute limit – No go for the standard method of hot process.

Cold Process Soap

I have done quite a few cold process soapmaking tutorials on Periscope. Periscope is actually one of my favorite Live Streaming platforms as it is connected with twitter and like I stated earlier, the opportunity to learn just about anything exists on this platform. Periscope is actually where Live Soap School was born! Cold Process Soap has a shorter processing time which allows me to get through an entire broadcast in about 60 minutes, if everything is ready to go.

Be sure to follow me on your social platform of choice whether it be Periscope, Facebook or Instagram and you will surely get a notification that We Are Live streaming.
